• Driving the design and experience strategy with the help of a design system
• Analysis of customer behavior and identification of pain points and needs using qualitative and quantitative methods, e.g. conducting user interviews,
• UX/UI tests or questionnaires
• Holistic concept creation of sitemaps, navigation and interaction concepts, process structures, wireframes, design and prototypes
• Creation of mockups and prototypes in collaboration with the mobile developers
• Collaboration with development to create requirements and realize the innovation projects with development
